Mini Chefs

Our mini Chef's help out in the kitchen, when it comes to meal prep or setting the table and serving. Our preschoolers plant an herb and vegetable garden and will pick there fresh ingredients for our breakfast, lunch and snack table each day. Our children enjoy helping out and having fun, all while learning to follow recipes and directions and gaining self confidents and independence.

Monday

Breakfast: Cheerios, Sliced bananas, Yogurt

Milk

A.M. Snack: Cheese and Crackers

Lunch: Spaghetti with Meatballs, Salad, Sliced Oranges

P.M. Snack: Peanut butter and celery sticks

Tuesday

Breakfast: French toast, cutie, milk

A.M. Snack: Pretzels and Apple Slices

Lunch: Chicken Strips, Mashed potato's, Green Beans, Apple Slices

P.M. Snack: Cucumber Slices, resins & crackers

wednesday

Breakfast: Bagels & Cream cheese, orange slices, Milk

A.M. Snack: Yogurt & grapes

Lunch: Tacos, Salad, Pears

Breakfast: Waffles, Strawberries & milk

A.M. Snack: Carrots & Celery Slices with Ranch Dressing

Lunch: Pizza, Corn, Salad and Apple slices, milk

Friday

Breakfast: eggs, Toast, blueberries & Milk

A.M. Snack: Pretzel bites & mix fruit

Lunch: Mac & Cheese, Peas, oranges & milk
